How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items are printed on demand, which means they’re made just for you after you order.
Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after production
Shipping (Canada): 7–14 business days after production
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Why does shipping cost what it does?
We charge flat, weight-based shipping so pricing is predictable and fair.
Our products are printed and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, and shipping costs include printing, packing, handling, and carrier fees. We work hard to keep shipping reasonable without cutting corners.
Do you offer free shipping?
At this time, we do not offer free shipping by default. This helps us keep product quality high and prices fair.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to:
🇺🇸 United States
🇨🇦 Canada
International shipping outside these regions is not available at this time.
Why is shipping to Canada more expensive?
Shipping to Canada involves cross-border handling, customs processing, and longer transit times, which increases costs.
Canadian shipping rates reflect these additional expenses and are consistent with industry norms.
Please note: customs duties or import fees may be charged by Canada Post upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Most orders ship in a single package, but in some cases items may arrive in multiple shipments.
This can happen if:
Items are produced at different facilities
Orders include multiple products
If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
What size should I order?
We recommend checking the size chart listed on each product page before ordering.
Because items are printed on demand, we’re unable to offer exchanges for sizing issues — so please double-check before placing your order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

A clear photo of the issue
We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
