Shipping is charged at checkout based on weight. Most orders arrive in a single package, but some may ship separately. Tracking info is emailed once your order ships.
Note for Canada: Orders may be subject to customs or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Costs: Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if applicable.
Return Time Period: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Exchanges: We cannot exchange items for different sizes or designs, as every product is custom-printed per order. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement or refund.
